Criterion Games’ Burnout Paradise may be getting a release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One according to information from a Brazil-based supplier. The listing then appeared on Gamepress showing the two platforms with a 1st March 2018 release date.
Burnout Paradise was the last entry in the crash ’em up racing franchise and the first open-world entry. Since then, Criterion Games’ has worked on Need for Speed and most recently, Star Wars titles for EA.
This information is in contrast to Criterion’s own words where they previously said it wasn’t in their plans earlier in the year.
No plans for anything along those lines at the moment, Cliff. https://t.co/omt85drExt

While this is still a rumor, we hope it is coming to current gen consoles as it has been too long since we got to play Burnout.
