Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is just around the corner with a release for Android and iOS devices on the 22nd November 2017. The global launch comes after the game soft-launched in Australia and New Zealand. The game is the first partnership between DeNA and Nintendo and has you build and maintain your own camp which, of course, is filled with animals.

Australia and New Zealand often get mobile games in their soft-launch phase since they are English speaking territories with a smaller user base than other countries. This means the developers don’t have to pay for localization on a game which is often still being developed and they can focus their feedback to make tweaks and adjustments before a global release.
