PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds uses anti-cheat system BattleEye and recently updated the system. With the new update, 100,000 accounts were banned over the weekend. The latest round of bans brings the total up to and over the 700,000 mark.
After releasing new security updates last week, we banned almost 100,000 PUBG accounts this past weekend totaling over 700,000. That being said, fighting cheaters will always remain WIP and never be solved completely, especially in the most popular Battle Royale game.

Bluehole confirmed that they would be implementing updated anti-cheat measures after the problem grew. When rolling out the new system, the game was taken offline for maintenance.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is available now for PC and is set to launch on Xbox One on the 12th December 2017.
