DICE has announced that the Battlefield 1 Community Test Environment (CTE) is available to those who own the game and have the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The CTE is a separate game client which allows players to connect to dedicated servers running the latest updates that are being tried before a wider release. PC owners have had a CTE system in place for Battlefield 3 and 4 and more recently, Battlefield 1. Xbox One owners were also able to participate in Battlefield 4. Now, all three platforms can provide feedback on changes DICE is making with the aim of improving the game for everyone.
Players will be able to help test new features such as the new Supply Mode and maps like Lupkow Pass which are coming in the near future. Improvements, tweaks, experiments and changes will also be included for feedback before release.
If you are interested in joining the Battlefield 1 Community Test Environment simply load up Battlefield 1 and…
You can register for the CTE on console by clicking on MORE and the Community Test Environment from the main menu of Battlefield 1. Then just follow the steps outlined there.
