Capcom has announced that Street Fighter V Thailand Stage Remastered and school costumes will be releasing on the 25th April.
Originally revealed at Capcom’s WonderCon 2017 panel, the Thailand Stage has been remastered and heading to Street Fighter V. For those who are unaware of the stage significance, it is where the franchise first introduced M. Bison in Street Fighter II.
The Street Fighter V Thailand Stage will be available on the 25th April for $3.99 / ￥400 / 3.99€, or if you prefer, 70,000 Fight Money.
Also being released and shown at WonderCon 2017 are three new premium school costumes for Ryu, Chun-Li and Juri. Ryu’s design is based on a stereotypical Japanese Bancho (student gang leader) and although you won’t see it for long, the lining on his coat depicts a faceoff between a Dragon and a Tiger.
Chun-Li’s costume represents her as an Honor Roll student and Juri sports a Gothic schoolgirl look with black lipstick and nails.
The three costumes will be available starting on the 25th April and each costume will also be available for $3.99 / ￥400 / 3.99€. There is no word on whether the costumes will be available for Fight Money.
Also, to see how Capcom got to the designs they chose, they also shared concept artwork of all three characters, enjoy.
Street Fighter V is available now for PC and PlayStation 4.
