We all know that Australia pays way over the odds for video games but one thing you don’t expect is for the price of a game to jump 38 percent. That is what happened to Super Bomberman R for Nintendo Switch on the eShop which went from AUD$65 to AUD$89.95 overnight.
While that obviously comes as a shock, it isn’t quite as bad as you might originally think. The suggested retail price for Super Bomberman R is actually AUD$89.95 and was listed incorrectly on the eShop at the lower price. It seems it took almost three weeks for Konami to realise what was going on.
Super Bomberman R is available now for the Nintendo Switch.
