Sony is ramping up its digital subscription service PlayStation Now by adding PlayStation 4 to the library of games. Previously limited to PlayStation 3 titles, the $19.99 / £12.99 per month service had an impressive library for 483 games.
Over the coming weeks, Sony has said it will be rolling out some PlayStation 4 titles to the service for a private test. Existing members will be invited to the test and players should keep an eye out for an invite.
As the service is based in the cloud, you can switch between PC and PlayStation 4 and keep your progress going.
There is no word on whether the subscription fee will be increased to account for the PlayStation 4 titles being added but it is a possibility.
Sony even shared the most popular games on the service through February:
- Red Dead Redemption
- Tekken Tag Tournament 2
- Mortal Kombat
- WWE 2K15
- The Last of Us
- Mafia II
- Injustice: Gods Among Us
- NBA 2K14
- Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution
- Batman Arkham Origins
PlayStation Now is available on PlayStation 4 and Windows PC and has a 7-day free trial.
