As with any big release of hardware, there are some people out there that look to make a profit from the launch hoping to prey on those that didn’t pre-order or have no self-control in buying gadgets. The Nintendo Switch launch is no different, the new Nintendo console has launched today and as we expect, they are available if you are willing to pay up to double the retail price.
On Amazon for example, the $300 machine can cost you up to $750 including tax and shipping.
The cake definitely goes to one eBay seller though who believes they will get $25,000 (not including shipping) for the Neon Red/Neon Blue variant of the console.
If you didn’t pre-order your Nintendo Switch, be sure to check your local game and electronics retailers as some are carrying stock only in their store locations. If they don’t have it, you could use the time to wait for a fix from Nintendo for the Joy-Con sync issues and maybe some more games.
