Double Fine has confirmed that Full Throttle Remastered is a thing and has shown the first look at the PlayStation Experience (PSX 2016).
The 1995 LucasArts game has undergone the remastering treatment and promises “new hand-drawn and 3D high-resolution artwork, with remastered audio and music.” As is usual with the remastering of games, Full Throttle Remastered will be able to be switched between classic and remastered modes, although, it will allow players to mix and match the audio, graphics and UI based on preference. The game will also include a concept art browser and a commentary track that features the game’s original creators.
