As Tom Clancy’s The Division released today, the ever growing number of players connecting to Ubisoft game servers appears to have been too much for the publisher.
After multiple attempts of seeing the DELTA 20010186 error before even getting in to the game, we managed to play through the early game and tutorial sections and even saw other players before heading to Manhattan. At this point, the game throws up a MIKE 20250383 error instead. Prior to seeing the MIKE error we found we were over 6,000th in queue. So accounting for all the players on the server plus everyone wanting to get on, we seem to have had a wait.
The error code MIKE even got it own sub Reddit entitled fuckmike (pardon our language)
We aren’t the only ones experiencing connectivity issues with the game servers either. Players on all platforms are reporting similar connectivity issues or connection drops preventing them from playing.
Ubisoft is undoubtedly working on adding capacity and shows how even a popular Beta isn’t always going to reflect your capacity capabilities when the game launches. Hopefully the server connectivity issues will be resolved quickly and we can all get back to saving humanity.
Tom Clancy’s The Division is available now for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
