Bayonetta is to join the ranks of Super Smash Bros characters. Announced during Nintendo Direct
Umbra Witch, Bayonetta comes with her own set of moves including Bullet Arts where she uses all four of her guns, Witch Time to control time to her advantage although each use reduces its duration to prevent it being a spam move and Wicked Weaves to summon the limbs of the demon Madama Butterfly knock her enemies into the abyss. She is also able to summon Gomorrah through her Infernal Climax move, also known as Devourer of the Divine, who is an Infernal Demon and does massive damage.
The DLC will include an additional level which players may remember from Bayonetta, The Umbra Clocktower. In it the fight takes place on a falling clock tower face with chunks of building falling all around.
Bayonetta was the number one requested character to be added to Super Smash Bros. in Europe and in the top 5 requested characters in North America.
