The acquisition is split into two payments of £12.6 million to be paid in cash on completion and £7.4 million payable in deferred cash and shares over the next three years.

Multiplay hosts Insomnia also known as the i-Series, it’s own expo and LAN party events which were attended by 67,000 visitors last year. Multiplay also supports eSports, online gaming events and hosts game servers globally for games like Battlefield, Minecraft and more.
The last time GAME went into the online gaming market it bought up BarrysWorld which eventually ended in closure.
