Microsoft has revealed that a Forza Horizon cross over with Fast & Furious to coincide with the Furious 7 film.
The expansion which is a downloadable title, can run stand alone from Forza Horizon 2 will be available starting on the 27th March and will be free until 10th April to promote the 3rd April launch of the latest Fast & Furious film. After the 10th April, the game will cost $10.
The game is set before the movie takes place and puts you in France where you have to source vehicles for mechanic Tej Parker, portrayed by Chris “Ludacris” Bridges.
Film cars make an appearence including Vin Diesel’s character, Dominic Toretto’s 1970 Dodge Charger R/T seen to the right from a game screenshot.
Furious 7 specific cars are available including:
- 1998 Toyota Supra
- 1970 Plymouth Road Runner
- 2012 Nissan GT-R
- 1970 Plymouth Cuda
- 2013 Jeep Wrangler
- 2014 Maserati Ghibli S
- 2015 Dodge Charger
Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious will be available on Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
