Airtight Games has quietly closed it’s Redmond HQ offices a month after releasing Murdered Soul Suspect on console and PC. The closure brings the studios 10 year independent run to an end with the studio releasing other titles like Dark Void and Quantum Conundrum.
In March, Airtight laid off 14 employees under the guise of “necessary restructuring”, and more recently its former creative director Kim Swift joined Amazon Game Studios.
An article on GeekWire shows the signs announcing the office equipment sale as well as some items that were available for purchase.
The Airtight Games website is still online and has no mention of the closure and there is no news from the studio execs as to what the situation is at this time.
